我想請問鍛鍊肌肉需要休息嗎?我鍛鍊肌肉已5~6個月每天伏地挺身約(110下)扭身仰臥起坐(80下)啞鈴臥姿側舉(20下)啞鈴向內捲曲2手各(20下)啞鈴21捲曲(10下)ps還會增加中每天做沒有間斷已達5~6個月肌肉只有明顯的線條每天都覺得身體疲乏到不行有些書說要休息[超恢復期]為止在進行訓練約(48~72小時)有些說每�
