長時間跑步時最佳的呼吸方式,是否為:鼻子吸氣時嘴巴緊閉,呼氣時再由嘴巴吐出(不斷循環).如果是的話我想請教一個問題,在由嘴巴一閉一開呼氣時,比緊閉嘴巴時更容易產生口水而影響呼吸,請問最佳的呼吸方式為何?(請詳述),以及由嘴巴呼氣時產生口水,或者減少產生口水的方式.tks....Showmore
