長高與減重? - 運動

我身高才161.3,體重卻69.5。請問我該怎麼減肥?而且我希望回答者的提供方法,盡量不要花錢本人只是個學生,時間沒那麼多,所以減重方式就是盡量能夠消耗最多卡路里,而做這項運動時,時間長或短都沒關係,只是要有''效率''
