我本身是大學生,體重72身高176三餐都在學校附近解決固定每週一三五會去健身房一小時左右機器的重量做的比普通人要重個四十磅左右,單槓八下左右,每次做完都會喝7-11賣的黃金豆漿我想請問要配合怎樣的飲食及有養運動(跑步或腳踏機)能更有效率的練出明顯的線條,我的理想是希望能瘦到68公��
