我每天縮小腹做仰臥起坐,早上起床100下,中午100下,下午上課也做100下,晚上回家..休息前也作了一百下..想請問,1.以上對於瘦小腹有沒有幫助呢?2.如果還要維持,大概要多久呢?3.這樣持之,是否也能達到"練腹肌"的效果呢?
