我現在是大2的學生身高170體重80因為之前太胖減肥下來從105瘦到80我想知道我還應該繼續瘦嗎?我朋友是說這樣看起來剛好瘦下來以後我開始想把身體練壯我1天做100下伏地挺身(分5次1次20下)120下仰臥起坐(分3次1次40下)做1天休息1天這樣ok嗎還是需要增加或減少?...Showmore
