請問肌肉發達的各位我每天都做伏地挺身做110下分5次30分鐘做完~25.20.20.20.25做了1個月多了還是沒什麼進展是我這樣練不對嗎?還是一定要一次就做完100下才會比較有成果還有如果我假日起床做個50下到了晚上再做個110下這樣練可以嗎?麻煩知道的各位幫我解答一下謝謝.......Showmore
