我之前做仰臥起坐的姿勢是:身體躺在地上,然後屈膝(約和地面呈90度),雙手放在耳旁。但是剛剛看到一位網友所說的姿勢是這樣:把你的小腿放床上,身體在地上躺平(底下墊一張軟墊,防止過度摩擦),讓大腿跟地面成90度,雙手握拳置於兩耳側(或是交叉放胸前)。我用我的方法做是比較累,用網友所說的��
