請問健身練身體ex:伏地挺身、仰臥起坐或舉啞鈴等聽人說每天必須增加一點增加一點次數練才會有效果但是如果已經增加到100下以上了的話這樣不是每天都要做上百次了嗎甚至更多更多請問是這樣練的嗎真的都無上限次數嗎?還是說再重新開始練呢?煩請各位健身高手指點迷惑感激不盡!!!
