如題,我是個重訓初學者。做重訓的主要目的是希望能改善駝背啦,也希望體態能好看一點。所以我自己做了功課,並開始給自己安排一周課表拜一,胸拜二,休息拜三,大腿+小腿拜四,休息拜五,背+三頭拜六拜日,休息每天都固定睡前做上腹60,下腹20。我發現我就算有好好休息,肌肉痠痛持續的時�
