關於在家練伏地挺身問題 - 健身

我都在家練伏地挺身想練肌肉但不想去健身房也沒有啞鈴但是在家裡地板的磁磚每次在做伏地挺身的時候手和腳都會很滑然後就很難做下去請問有神摸方法能改進還有肌肉要練多久才會出現
