我最近有看一篇文章是說慢跑太多會妨礙爆發力的發展那麼請問外國投手的慢跑量大概是多少?還有體能訓練要每天練還是集中一天練?像我想剛起步練投手的話重量訓練和體能在一週內要怎麼分配呢?希望各位大大能給我個不錯低答案
