我176/58骨架大肩膀寬可是很瘦看起來很像超薄型手機身體很薄就對了胸部完全沒肉手臂也很細看起來很骨感就對了我以前還滿沉迷於骨瘦如柴的感覺可是發現這樣會沒人喜歡現在我想增加身體的厚度讓自己不要太單薄可是我該怎麼做胸肌要怎麼練我不要太大但也不想像傑尼斯那種很瘦的肌肉腹肌要怎麼�
