我在玩躲避球時總是丟不強..我每天都有做伏地挺身50.60下但感覺並沒有改善...因為最近要比賽而且老師可能會把人踢掉所以我希望能在短期內增+臂力(不需要一瞬間變很大有稍明顯的成長就好)還有可否請各位躲避球高手交交我該怎麼丟球和接球會比較好呢??還有一些躲避球的策略..謝謝嚕!!(我家並沒有��
