三個月前我開始做有氧我都只做快走(因為查資料說比慢跑燃脂效率還高)速度應該到個人極限了但沒算過時間都固定一小時左右從90Kg瘦到78kg蠻高興的,目前有在重訓所以有幾個問題1.我快走的時間幾乎都早上(7~8am)起床空腹去走,請問這樣會消耗到肌肉嗎?如果會,那需要在快走前補充什麼營養?2.最近天��
