關於籃球的問題(打的位置、體能訓練、球技提升) - 伏地挺身

我個人的資料如下身高176cm61kg國三生外線不會很準(四成)籃板球會搶(三年經驗)球技不是很好100米能跑到14.5秒立定跳遠245cm這樣的條件適合打什麼位置?我睡前都會做伏地挺身60下仰臥起坐120下蹲馬步2分鐘跳繩100下還有什麼可以加強訓練的嗎?(彈跳力)國三基測完有很多時間可以練習.我想提昇自己的籃球��
