我現在是高三要升大學了我現在才想練胸肌但是呢我只要伏地挺身做大約10下手臂就會很酸也會有點喘那請問:要怎麼訓練才不會做10下就累甚至做都不會累???那呼吸要怎麼配合伏地挺身下去是吸氣還吐氣???伏地挺身上去是吸氣還吐氣???那我這樣子的狀況練胸肌會成功嗎???謝謝大大...Sho
