我是指連續做完60下(可以的話能到100下最好)後隔天不會肩膀酸痛。昨天才做完30下今天早上起來就覺得兩肩酸痛ˊ"ˋ。下個月就要去受訓了,我現在這種程度應該撐不下去吧>"<
