本人目前每天都有在做伏地挺身一百下,一次二十下分五組來做聽人家講好像不能天天做,偶而要讓肌肉休息一下,還有我每天也有做仰臥起跳一百下,一次二十下分五組,我做的姿勢是腳屈起來手不抱頭,彎起身子約30度左右沒有整個人座起來,請問那種姿勢也會有效果嗎?每次做完隔天肚子都會酸酸的,關於這��
