我大學才開始加入棒球隊的想要變更強已經二年級了學長我說我有進步可是我覺得不夠因為球隊訓練量不夠加上身上偏胖的所以我很想在變更強....球隊沒有一般天天跑步的我想知道我自己一個人可以做什麼練習跑步要跑多久還有一些肌力訓練怎麼做?我會拿啞鈴做前臂....還有平衡的訓練要怎麼做...我想�
