小弟我本身骨架比較瘦小!當兵之後手臂只有變粗一點點!!因為小弟國中有加減做伏地挺身+仰臥起坐!但是國中課業壓力大!加上沒有常打籃球身高就幾乎定型了(加上熬夜不好的習慣。還有不好意思的習慣)不過最近我有常喝牛奶加上飲食正常生活缺點改善正常之後!感覺我自己還有一點希望!因
