我練啞鈴練有1年多了,但都是隨興練的,就是想到才練,沒有規律的練....但我看一些專業人是都有在說幾"組"幾下,我想請問什麼是幾組??我現在站姿啞鈴(16磅)交替彎舉左右手可以各50.60下,那麼請替我安排我每天該幾下??做幾次???休息多久???之類的...還有!我也有用"ㄇ型伏地挺身握把"練伏地挺身,�
