我最近在跑步每天約2500公尺已持續將近兩個月,可是之前天別人說跑步會傷膝蓋,還說你現在這樣每天跑,老了就不能走路了,是真的嗎?那為什麼大家又喜歡提倡跑步健身呢?我以前是不管鞋子,現在知道要改穿運動鞋,可是我的跑道是柏油路,這樣會還是會傷膝蓋嗎?因為學校操場也並非PU跑道,只是普通紅色碎��
