因為現在作伏地挺身肌肉是有了...但因為體重一值再正負一公斤上下飄所以看起來肉很少..我要如何吃的健康讓體重變成正常體重...我176體重58所以有點算過輕..不知道是不是天生吃不胖(暑假三餐加宵夜只增一公斤但過沒多久又回來了...)
