想問一下小弟現在基本上是每天都會去重訓,偶爾懶的話就兩天去一次為了要減肥在重訓前我都會先跑1個小時的慢跑之後再去重訓問題1.有人說先重訓在慢跑效果會比較好請問差很多嗎?問題2.跑完步肚子會有點餓,我該補充什麼食物比較好,怕吃了又會胖問題3.我先跑完步在重訓,重訓完因該要立即補充蛋白�
