無論用哪一種方式作胸肌訓練(伏地挺身、啞鈴、重訓器具),好像都會用到手臂的力量,所以我常常感覺當我練胸肌練到無法再撐下一個時,似乎不是胸肌無力,而是手無力才練不下去。有沒有哪種方式是可以直接刺激胸肌訓練的呢?因為我想將胸肌再練"大'一些
