我身高185體重92公斤目前想鍛鍊手臂肌肉,我用18磅啞鈴練2頭肌,15下一組,一天2組一周練7天像我這樣練,效果好嗎?多久能把2頭肌練到很明顯(目前手臂出力只能看到一塊約長方形的肉),我只有18磅的啞鈴,像我這樣練效果好嗎?有更好的方法嗎?
