我本身平常有在運動伏地挺身150仰臥起坐ABS高難度26分鐘核心肌群10分鐘慢跑5公里25分鐘CARDIO3組啞鈴100下5分鐘健腹器最難角度250下一個禮拜至少五天運動每天熱ˇ量攝取不超過2500卡為什麼體重掉不下來現在身高184.5公分體重82體脂肪18.1BMI24.1有點超標我想瘦到75公斤怎麼辦...Showmore
