從高二起便常常睡不好,睡著了半夜又醒來,一晚至少反覆兩次,現在出社會了,更是嚴重,因搬出來住,一晚大約一個小時醒一次,而我又是早上上班,晚上上課,常常早上爬不起來(7點半)鬧鐘怎麼叫都叫不醒,上班、上課打瞌睡,但到了晚上該睡的時間(大約11點半)又睡不太著,時常感覺壓力很大、
