體重不斷下降臉卻瘦不下來 - 跑步

我從去年7月開始減肥持續跑步了一個月沒什麼效果之後開始每餐減量除非跟朋友聚餐否則午餐幾乎不吃每天狂喝水跟無糖飲料晚上睡前作伏地挺身、仰臥起坐各60下到目前為止體重已經從75公斤下降到63公斤肚子有明顯變小但是臉除了下巴輪廓有稍微變尖以外臉兩側的輪廓還是一樣大甚至感覺比減肥之前
