小六12歲男孩,身高155公分,體重60公斤,家裡的人都說出自於關心,但是每次越做越多,最後甚至到達伏地挺身、仰臥起坐每天個「100」下,這樣會不會太過超量?這樣對男童會不會有影響往後的身高發展問題?
