小弟我很喜歡打籃球但是在抓籃板時竟然拉傷了肩膀與手臂之間的關節請問這個關節應該怎麼保養或是要練它讓它更強朋友說我缺乏重量訓練(這是對的嗎)所以才會拉傷朋友又說啞鈴舉不動時再多舉幾下就會增加肌力聽了句話之後我就努力稱了50下(我原本大概是30下)隔天上學時手就很酸所以隔了幾天恢��
