20點~~啞鈴用全力舉的效果 - 啞鈴

我想練臂力(肌力不是耐力)但啞鈴太輕我可以舉到26下但沒有比較重的啞鈴所以我就用全力舉增加訓練負苛(就是全力舉起然後慢慢放下再全力舉起以次列推左手右各70下)請問這樣用全力舉啞鈴有訓練肌力的效果嗎還是只能練到爆發力(因為我用全力舉也就是全速)或是實際的訓練效果是如何呢另外其它許多
