我今年高二,身高170,體重大約才50公斤,我很瘦,就是吃不胖,所以想練肌肉,讓我不再,被同學欺負(玩)。我家有8字彈力繩、握力器。沒有啞鈴我想鍛練胸肌、腹肌、手臂肌肉以及力氣!並且吃什麼可以增加肌肉的穩定。所以,問題 1。鍛練腹肌、胸肌、手臂肌肉 2。��
