因為個人不喜歡游泳且也較不方便,跑步對我來說又太劇烈,加上有一些關節病史至今仍不時小發作所以正在考慮替代方案,目前正對健身車(室內腳踏車)感到些許興趣想知道健身車的功效能否兼顧關節復健與運動量?換句話說:踩健身車對關節是否夠溫和?運動效率會不會很差?大概就是這樣另外以下是我的舊�
