大家好,我想請教一個肌肉鍛鍊的問題。本人玩棒球有幾年了,常趁假日時與朋友練習傳接球,可是到了一定的程度後,就很難再拉長傳接距離。我該訓練那部份的肌肉,使得我可以傳球傳得更遠呢?該如何訓練呢?舉啞鈴可以嗎?該如何舉呢?麻煩大家了,謝謝!...Showmore
