暑假要去綠島玩想練點身材~目前175cm68kg目前計畫是a每星期跑步兩次(4公里/次)遊泳一個小時b伏地挺身每天50下c仰臥起做100下這樣夠嗎?還是有什麼比較好的建議請大家幫我想想謝謝~ps因為要準備期末考所以時間上並不是很充足...Showmore
