我是一個國三生我是男生想問一下有關運動我每天都自己一個人運動我每天晚上都有跑步(我適用跑步機)都跑二十五分鐘蛙跳100下仰臥起坐100下雅玲200下伏力挺升100下我都照這順序座做完差不多兩小時只有六日只有做伏力挺升100下跟兩天的晨跑請問我這年紀適合做這些運動嗎會運動過度嗎?會對身體有傷�
