我今年24歲..身高180公分體重72公斤想鍛鍊胸肌...因為胸口很平...都看到肋骨...很難看..並且想讓腹部和手臂的肌肉線條更明顯...只要線條感覺好看就好...不用到很有肌肉那種..目前我鍛鍊的方式是..每天早上跑2000公尺..早晚各作伏地挺身15下...然後慢慢增加...仰臥起坐一次50下,共2次...將1.5公斤的礦泉水舉�
