我最近買了一些健身用的器材..伏地挺身仰臥起坐這兩種伏地挺身這部份沒問題仰臥起坐他是屬於協直板的的(就很簡易的那種)我在練習時,雙手摸耳此時我要全部平躺還是保持90度?讓肌肉沒放鬆掉我朋友說要保持90但網路上怎會說是平躺勒?再者就是我以前都在軟墊上坐不會有很酸痛的問題最近這三天我
