本人175公分約66公斤之前就有持續在做伏地挺身幾個月,但是做到現在胸部是有大一些但是沒甚麼線條要稍微出力才有,很羨慕胸肌中間很像有溝的樣子自己也滿想有那樣的效果,也感覺沒有甚麼厚度跟線條穿衣服也比較挺一些,但脫掉卻還好......我都在家練的我的方式;做一休一,次數20下休息1分做3�
