我現在七十點多公斤但是身高只有175公分而已所以每天都作200下仰臥起坐不過奇怪的是都看不到腹肌我做仰臥起坐是將腳掌伸進茶几下固定膝蓋拱起來這樣做仰臥起坐的不知道哪裡出了問題腹肌才沒練出來另外我的手臂肌肉小得可憐手也超細的練手力都是舉5公斤啞鈴380多下跟50下伏地挺身不知有何可以�
