仰臥起坐篇:請問一下我仰臥起坐已經練了2個月1:雖然還沒有很堅實但是有線條了請問這樣是快嗎?還是很慢?2:然後我沒買墊子做我直接在床上做OK嗎?雖然很多人都說在床上做效果沒有很明顯又容易受傷...真的嗎??在床上做就是沒效果嗎?3:我目前做到200下了。但不是一次做完。我都做個20下休息個2分�
