看到其他知識都是說一次做到極限,然後隔天再做。可是自己發現我做完40下沒力後,隔5分鐘又可以再做個35下隔5分鐘又可以做個30下...一值這樣遞減下去請問我這樣做有錯嗎?....還是一天只要做到一次極限就好?謝謝!!
