我本身可以連做100多下以上了現在做到很累.到了隔天我也感覺不到肌肉酸痛...已經沒效果了嗎?1.我手要用愛心的姿勢嗎?聽說手開一點比較容易練胸肌真的嗎?2.我目前沒有連續作100下以上哪種.感覺白費力氣...我手彎下時數20秒在上來.連續15下...通常會做2輪.最多3輪做完隔天都沒感覺酸痛...效果不好嗎??我
