1.我每次作幾下伏地挺身之後就覺得手酸,不是肌肉酸痛的那種,不知道是不是姿勢不標準還是怎樣?2.每天做5分鐘的伏地挺身或仰臥起坐真的有用嗎?3.有沒有除了伏地挺身外其他可以練臂力的方法?(最好是在家裡就可以作的)
