我想問說:我做伏地挺身時都不能增加~~每次10~15下就累掛了~~友連續3個禮拜~可是一直都10~15之間~~要什麼時候練比較好(我都睡前一個小時做9點10點)!!每次做的時候都會打哈欠~我的手比一般人短!!
