本人高3生體重79公斤身高177公分有虛胖的情形我常常游泳,一次最少都1個小時半。我晚上睡前都舉14P的啞鈴100下還會做仰臥起坐(分5組,一組15下,共75下)還會做50下的伏地挺身一次10下(怕隔天太累)請問(每天)按照這樣的計畫是否可以同時讓(體重變輕)和(肌肉結實)呢??請大家幫我看一下
