我是募兵制常備役陸軍,新訓單位為台南大內營區,以下幾個問題想請教各位:1.請問仰臥起坐的標準動作悽蓋是要伸直或彎曲,手要放哪呢,伏地挺身下去時身體要碰到地面嗎?2.目前新訓還有爬竿嗎?若有高度是幾公尺呢?3.一般新訓中心每天跑步仰臥起坐伏地挺身開合跳平均份量大概是多少呢?還有其他
