我目前還是名學生,因為無法上健身房,平常在家都自行做運動,我想擁有個好身材,但是我算一算我也做了2~3年,但是身上的胸肌腹肌也並不是很出色,我平常都會做伏地挺身一次12下共三組(上中下胸肌)仰臥起坐一次12下共三次,舉啞鈴練二頭肌一次12下共三次。我運動的時間不算短,但為何沒辦法��
